Use of the service
ProposalFlow provides software tools for generating and managing freelance proposal drafts. Users are responsible for reviewing and approving any output before sending it to clients or prospects.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. Each account is for the authorized user only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Pricing, plan limits, and subscription features may change with reasonable notice.
Acceptable use
Users may not use ProposalFlow for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity. ProposalFlow may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security or integrity of the service.
Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. ProposalFlow may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the product from time to time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProposalFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ProposalFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
